Supreme Pea Protein is my new, flavoured plant protein powder. I do rely on whey protein shakes every day as the base for my nutrition, but recently I've wanted to include a plant based shake too. If you've tried flavoured Pea Proteins before you may have found they don't taste very satisfying, that's what I've found anyway. Over the last few years I've trialled many different flavour ideas, but never found one that worked for me personally. I wanted a plant based shake that I can comfortably drink, and not have to hold my nose, or wash it down with a couple of glasses of water afterwards.
I'm a big fan of chocolate, so went to work with that. On its own chocolate is not ideal for flavouring Pea Protein. After trialling some Peppermint variations along with it, I found this really brings it to life. If you are looking for a plant based shake you can drink regularly, this could be an option for you too. If you give Supreme Pea Protein a go please let me know what you think.
