How does Online Coaching work?
Simply order your Online Coaching by weekly, 2 weekly, or monthly blocks. You can end your coaching at any time, and pick it up again when it's the right time. If you would prefer to set up a weekly auto payment, just select the bank deposit option at the checkout page. While on the Online Coaching plan you are recommended to email Mike as often as you need to, with all questions you have related to your goal, and for help to stay motivated. Mike will also email you regularly to check in with you and keep you on track.
With Mike's help you can work out the right choices to make to overcome obstacles, and other challenges that crop up along the way. Sometimes the best plans don't work as well at they should. Identifying and solving sticking points is the key to reaching your goals.
Do I need to buy a nutrition plan or training plan?
No, there is no need to buy any other plan. You may already have plans in place of your own. Mike will help you fine tune and understand what you are working with, to keep you progressing. If you do think a personalised plan to follow would help, talk this over with Mike. Mike will help you find the right option, and can refer you to the right person if you have a specific need.
When do we start!
Once your order is received you will be sent an email from Mike with some questions to get started, you will be underway quickly.
