All physical orders are shipped Free to your door to any location within New Zealand.
New Zealand Delivery Times
North Island orders placed before 9am on a working day, are usually delivered the next working day. Rural and South Island deliveries are usually delivered within 3 working days. For optimum security it's suggested you choose delivery to your work place.
Australian Orders And Shipping Costs
We ship to Australia using a standard untracked shipping service. Pricing is based on the total weight of your order. To find out your shipping price just add your items to the shopping cart – at the final page, before payment, your shipping cost will be shown.

Return and Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged or has a fault please email to make a claim with us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged or faulty item claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. We will do everything we can to replace any damaged or faulty goods as soon as possible, or if necessary to provide you with a refund or store credit.
Please note that our sports supplements are considered food products and are treated accordingly, to maintain the highest degree of health and safety for our customers.
After we have received your claim email we will assess your case, and provide you with a damaged goods receipt which must accompany all returned goods.
Due to our sports supplements being consumables, returns are not accepted due to a change of mind. Exchanges or refunds will not be permitted for these cases.
