What is Flav A Shake?

Flav A Shake is our naturally sweetened, close to zero calorie flavour system for adding to unflavoured Proteins, Amino Acids, or for making other low calorie drinks. Flav A Shake is very simple to use, just include a tiny amount each time you mix your shake or workout drinks. For unflavoured Amino Acids it's recommended to use the new Lemon Burst, or Lime Twist flavours. This pair also make great shake flavours too.

Recommended for Protein Powders:

Fudge Decadence, French Vanilla, Lime Twist, Lemon Burst.

Recommended for Amino Acid Powders:

Lime Twist, Lemon Burst.

What does Flav A Shake contain?

Contains only natural, Pure Active Stevia powder, natural cocoa (in the Fudge Decadence), and natural flavours. Please note we don't add any colours, any colour you see is what's naturally occurring in the ingredients and fruit extracts.

Use

We recommend starting with half of a level teaspoon (1g) per 30g of unflavoured protein powder, or per single serve of amino acid powder. Mix all together with water in a glass, shaker ,or blender, and add ice for best results. Add more or less Flav A Shake to suit your taste. 1 x 32g tub of Flav A Shake is usually more than enough to flavour 500g to 1kg of unflavoured Amino Acid powder, or 1.11kg to 2.22kg of Protein Powder.
