Return And Refund Policy
If your order has arrived and you've accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will happily accept unopened product in its original condition for return for exchange. Because our products are consumable goods, and fall under food standard guidelines, they need to be received back as soon as possible, within 14 days of ordering. Once you have arranged and sent the return back safely, an exchange item will be sent out to you. Or, we can provide a credit for a future order if you prefer. Because we include one shipping charge free for the original delivery, we will need to charge you for any additional shipping charges incurred.
If your order has arrived and something is wrong with it's condition, or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com, within 7 days of ordering. It will need to be returned. We will then correct the issue as soon as we can by sending out a replacement. Sorry we don't accept goods back for a change of mind or refund beyond 30 days of ordering.
