Returns & Refunds
If your order has arrived and you've accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will happily accept unopened product in its original condition for return for exchange. Because our products are consumable goods, and fall under food standards guidelines, they need to be received back as soon as possible, within 14 days of ordering. Once you have arranged and sent the return back safely and it's received by us, an exchange item will be sent out to you. Or, we can provide a credit for a future order if you prefer. Because we include one shipping charge free for the original delivery, we will need to charge you for any additional shipping charges incurred.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order has arrived and something is wrong with its condition, or damaged, or we have made a mistake (it must remain unopened), please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com, within 7 days of ordering. It will need to be returned. We will then correct the issue as soon as we can by sending out a replacement. Sorry, due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not provide refunds, make corrections or exchanges, or accept goods back beyond 14 days of ordering. We do not accept goods back for a change of mind.
