Apple 'n Oat Shake

This is my weekday mid morning and mid afternoon meal. Because I'm usually flat out I stick to this. It's quick to make and drink, plus covers my energy and protein needs.


1 x Small Apple

35g of Rapid Oats

60g of Pure New Zealand Whey

175ml of Water

Pinch of Cinnamon*


Chop Apple into small pieces. Add all ingredients to a blender and hit go. Drink once blended.

If you have a sweeter tooth, before blending add a very small amount of Pure Stevia for natural sweetening.

*Studies show Cinnamon may be helpful for regulating blood sugar levels - has a mild anti-inflammatory effect too, good for sore muscles ;)
