Smooth Peanut Butter, Oat, and Banana Protein Shake Recipe

This is one of my favourite shakes to make on weekends. It's full of fresh and satisfying taste, pure protein, and a long lasting energy base. Great nutrition about 1 to 2 hours before a workout.

4 x Heaped tablespoons / 60g of Pure NZ Rapid Oats
4 x Heaped tablespoons / 60g of Pure NZ Whey
1 x Heaped Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
1 x Level Tablespoon of Honey
1 x Large Banana
3 x Cubes of Ice
1 x Cup of Water (adjust amount to suit your preference)

Put all of these ingredients into an electric blender. Blend until all ingredients form a smooth shake. It doesn't take long to blend. Cheers!
