Fat burning help directions
Depending on your goals TR2 can be used in a number of ways. If your deadline is short (ie days or weeks away) then TR2 can be taken 2 x daily. If your deadline is further away, say 6 - 12 weeks then the best approach is to follow one of the following timetables.
Here are some suggestions:
2 days on, 2 days off, and so on for 6 - 12 weeks, OR
5 days on, 2 days off, and so on for 6 - 12 weeks, OR
7 days on, 7 days off, and so on for 6 - 12 weeks.
The best time to take TR2
For an event or day to day activities: Take 1 dose 30 mins prior to event, on an empty stomach.
On a weight loss plan: Take 1 dose first thing in the morning 30 mins before food. Take 1 dose 30 mins before lunch.
For pre–workout: Take 1 dose 30 mins prior to training session on an empty stomach.
