Pure Rice Protein is a protein powder that in general is the most EASY on digestion of all protein powders. It's also the best suited protein powder for use in baking and cooking, or anytime you want to heat a protein powder. When I'm not using it for my Saturday morning protein pancakes, I like to use it in smoothies. Here's my favourite recipe:
Peanut Butter And Mango Rice Protein Smoothie
– 30g (2 Heaped Tablespoons) Pure Rice Protein Powder
– 2g (1 Level Teaspoon) of French Vanilla, Flav A Shake Flavour Powder
– 120g of Fresh Mango Pieces
– 1 Medium Banana
– 1 Heaped Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
– 250mls of Water
– 5 Ice Cubes
Chop fruit into pieces and place into an electric blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Sit down, relax, and enjoy your Pure Rice Protein deliciousness.
